A lot of guys could care less about looking good. That's something only women should concern themselves with, right? Wrong, dude. It's not fair, but it's a fact of life that the human brain is subconsciously hard-wired to gravitate toward attractive people. What's worse is that if you're physically unattractive, you will be a victim of discrimination; both personally and professionally. The good new is that ANYBODY can improve their appearance and look good.

Everyone gets stressed out. Even the toughest dudes out there feel stress, because stress can come about from a variety of reasons – from short term events like getting lost while driving or getting in an argument with your significant other, to the long-term stressful events such as job dissatisfaction, marital problems, illness, etc.

There has never been a better time to quit smoking that right now. You hear this everyday, and you already know that smoking is a harmful and repugnant habit. Cigarette smoking is responsible for 16 percent of all deaths in the United States each year by contributing to cancers, and cardio-pulmonary diseases. Most drinkers have experienced the dreaded hangover at some point in their lives.
